TVK Orbital owns the debris-recovery mission thesis. OSOIX is the proposed supporting layer for mission intelligence, authenticated state, decision provenance, verification and evidence. It is not the capture hardware or flight-control system.

Current maturity

Concept and architecture stage.

There is no OSOIX flight implementation, TVK Orbital capture vehicle, active customer mission, regulator-approved recovery operation, funded demonstration or flight heritage claimed here. The next credible step is a simulated reference mission with explicit assumptions, authority boundaries, failure cases and independently reviewable evidence.
