Current maturity
There is no OSOIX flight implementation, TVK Orbital capture vehicle, active customer mission, regulator-approved recovery operation, funded demonstration or flight heritage claimed here. The next credible step is a simulated reference mission with explicit assumptions, authority boundaries, failure cases and independently reviewable evidence.
