A proposed evidence and coordination architecture for future systems that generate energy in orbit and deliver it to authorized terrestrial or orbital receivers. OSOIX does not generate, transmit or sell power; it defines how operational facts could be measured, reconciled, verified and handed to approved commercial systems.

Model scheduling, pointing constraints, exclusion zones, weather, receiver availability and deterministic safety interlocks.
Capture independently attributable receiver-side measurements with calibration history, quality flags and synchronized time.
Compare generated, transmitted and received quantities; preserve losses, discrepancies, assumptions and unresolved observations.
Create a signed event record and portable evidence package suitable for audit, reporting and approved commercial processes.
Expose verified evidence to approved fiat, regulated ledger, invoicing or EnergieMIND-compatible settlement systems without making any one rail mandatory.
Commercial settlement may follow verified delivery, but cannot substitute for calibrated measurement and independent reconciliation.
Beam steering, exclusion-zone enforcement, shutdown and other safety-critical functions remain deterministic and independently validated.
Conversion, transmission, atmospheric and receiver losses must be represented rather than hidden inside a single net figure.
Receiver-side measurement should not depend solely on the energy provider's own telemetry.
OSOIX coordinates evidence. It does not require a token, blockchain or proprietary payment rail.
No energy-delivery, efficiency, commercial or operational claim may precede test evidence and disclosed limitations.
Current maturity
There is no OSOIX orbital-energy deployment, power-beaming system, receiving station, certified meter, customer, funded demonstration or verified delivery record. Project SolKRON remains a research application inside OSOIX, not an operational product claim.
